S1 - additionally featuring anti-static properties and an impact energy absorbing heel unit.

S2 - additionally featuring a water resistant leather upper.

S3 - additionally featuring a protective pierce resistant midsole.

S4 - Rubber or polymeric completely waterproof footwear with toe cap, anti-static properties & energy adsorbing heel 

S5 - additionally features a protective pierce resistant midsole.

P - Protection from upward penetration provided by a midsole (not used in conjunction with S2 S3 S4 or S5)
